Was great to get back after lockdown. As ever, Ramona was lovely and super efficient - she is great and is my go to waxer in Cheltenham. I highly recommend.

This is the first time I have been to this clinic and found Ramona to be lovely and professional. She listened to my concerns and reassured me, and before she carried out the procedure made sure I was completely happy, making any changes I wanted ... nothing was too much.

Ramona and the salon were good, the only reason this isn’t 5* is that Treatwell describes it as a gel pedicure but it wasn’t a full pedicure which was a bit disappointing.
