Had a lovely facial with Hiba ... she has a soft gentle touch and was very thorough. The ambience and smell is the room is very calming and relaxing . In addition I enjoyed the arm massage whilst my face mask was setting. I have rated it 5 stars for the facial however as it’s based in the hairdressers you could hear the voices of the staff at some points which is the only thing that disturbed the calm setting .
