Karen was great and really welcoming. Need to advise that there is no reception area or anywhere to relax afterwards and whilst you are advised that you stay in the treatment room because of the conversation going on outside the room you don't really want to. Surprised that there was no initial consultation or paperwork to complete. There was no discussion about how firm a massage I like or were there any areas that I'd like focused on. Treatment room is next to where the nail treatments are being carried out and I spent the treatment listening to a constant conversation which made it difficult to relax.
