The wax was far too cold so did not adhere to my hair, instead sticking to my skin and pulling it abrasively. Therefore little hair was removed and large patches missed, which the therapist attempted to resolve using tweezers unsuccessfully. What hair removed wasn't from the roots so the following day after exfoliating it looked like I'd never had a wax the day before. It's a shame as the therapist was a lovely woman, but the treatment was completely ineffective and a waste of money.
