Karen Blood was welcoming, caring and friendly.
I must of been so relaxed because l drifted off to sleep for a few minutes. The relaxing music and smell and feel of the products along with a lovely chat with Karen and a tension and stress relieving massage was just what l needed! The pressure was perfect and relived my knotty shoulders and upper back.
