I was looking forward to my treatment but it was a disaster! Got there on time and the music wasn’t working. That should’ve been my first clue that this wasn’t going to be my day. Then the massage was too heavy, I normally have firm and I can normally take it. But boy was she kneading so hard I have bruises after. I had massages where they stand at your back and it was heavy and that was light compared to this one. Strike 1. Then had the facial and had this weird tingling sensation that turned into burning sensation. Whoa!! She managed to control but at this point got really scared that I needed to go to a&e for 1st degree burns. Strike 2. Then finally shaped my eyebrows and took a good chunk of the right front. Worst part was she made it sound like my right eyebrows was already losing hair before hand. Didn’t had time to argue but after checking my selfies before and after it couldn’t have been me. Then she used an after wax lotion that started the burning sensation in my eyebrows. Strike 3! The lady had the decency to refuse payment but my oh my I’m afraid that will be my last treatment . I had all these treatments before and it was perfect. Shame I really liked it here before but never again.
