Cannot recommend Hidden Gem enough, Laura is lovely and makes you feel so comfortable whilst being very professional at the same time.
Gorgeous studio and offered a drink on arrival, calming music playing - I could have gone straight to sleep!
One of the best waxes I’ve ever had - definitely the best place in Congleton.
