I had a lash lift and eyebrow shape with Izzy, and they look fantastic, best lash lift I've had, by far, lovely atmosphere, and Izzy and Kelly, are so friendly and very knowledgeable, would highly recommend, and can't wait to return very soon x

I was so pleased to be able to find a massage at short notice… and it’s been just over two years since I had one and Kelly did an amazing job. I felt completely relaxed and at ease. The massage was wonderful and Kelly has a lovely technique.
The hideaway retreat was welcoming and clean and the treatment room was very tranquil.

I'd been for a leg wax before and as it had been my first time I hadn't handled the pain well. Izzy remembered this and made sure to talk through my preferences with me this time, suggesting methods to help me cope and providing friendly conversation and encouragement, letting me feel at ease. I feel comfortable coming back again, it was a very positive experience that gave me much more confidence in waxing, so thank you very much! I really appreciate the consideration and care :)

I had a 60 minute Pro Skin facial and 30 minute back massage and it was absolutely amazing. Felt so relaxed and able to switch off fully being pampered. Had great recommendations afterwards for my skincare which was great! Thank you so much, will 100% be recommending to friends and family xx
