Always exceptional when visiting, no matter which treatment I have, lash lift, facial or massage. Both Izzy and Kelly are attentive and friendly and always make a visit a very pleasant one. Thoroughly recommend them both.

Due to a stressful job I’ve had a lot of massages over the years from spas, resorts and smaller salons, and I can honestly say that my massage from Izzy was the best I’ve had. Most therapists ask about problem areas but don’t seem to do anything different - Izzy changed her approach based on my points. The pressure and approach was perfect and I came away from the salon feeling totally relaxed and de-stressed. Sadly we were just visiting the area but I’m tempted to go back just to go here again!

Izzy is always so caring and makes you feel totally comfortable throughout the wax. She is attentive to get it exactly as you would like it and makes the conversation easy and not at all awkward. If you are thinking about going for the first time she is brilliant- go for it!
