Had such a relaxing facial with Kerry and wonderful pedicure with Izzy. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Will definitely be back! The spa Bishops Stortford has always been missing is the Hideaway retreat.

Great experience - Kelly made a huge difference to my back, and I'm noting myself sitting with better posture to really maintain results which can only be a good thing. She was super informative during the facial, suggesting products that complimented my current regime, and provided lots of samples. The following day it was really noticeable how great my skin looked once it was settled, and having used some samples I think I'll quickly be returning again, and this time buying products too
