Somebody suggested Reflexology to me and even after one session with Kelly there was a big improvement, I have never had reflexology before and it was amazing! So relaxing and it actually helped my tennis elbow. I have had 3 sessions and was improving each time until lockdown. It’s still not as bad as before and can’t wait to go back.
