First of all, Valentina is brilliant; this was my first time getting waxed and I would 100% recommend her. She is professional but really friendly and put me at ease straight away, and explained the process to me while it was happening. Really lovely to chat to throughout, too! Plus, the venue was lovely- so, so clean and perfectly kept. Nothing too intimidatingly fancy, a great balance of style and practicality. Definitely worthy of 5 stars, especially for the price :)
