I always feel like I am rushed here - the staff are not that friendly and I think more care could be taken to ensure a more relaxed visit.
Felt slightly rushed and I didn't get asked what shape I wanted, so ended up leaving with a more rounded shape than I wanted! However my last treatment was so good so I'm not sure whether it was just a bad day.
The staff were polite and we discussed and agreed a full lash lift as this is what I wanted, had researched and privy too. However, during the treatment the therapist changed her mind and informed me that she would do a medium lift based on other customer expectations. As expected with my short straight lashes I now have a slight lift and not the result I wanted and I am using eyelash curlers to get the desired look.
