I've been here 4 times now and think it's the best brow bar around.
However, I'd love it if they talked you through what they were going to do and show you in the mirror. At the end it think it would be good to show you your brows before pencil goes on them. Just to see what the therapist has done opposed to the make up.

Always an excellent experience here, my eyebrows look SO much better afterwards and the staff are all so lovely.
