Really liked my experience but I think I could have been given more advice about filling in my eyebrows and next steps. that bit felt a bit rushed.

It never seems very busy here - it doesn't have the buzzy feel of other salons I've been to. The treatment was good and the staff seem quite friendly.

I had a lip wax, it was very thoroughly done, quick and almost painless! Would go back! However when booking on Treatwell it told me it would be 10% off but I was charged full price in the salon. I know i could've said something but wasn't about to make a fuss over 70p! Bit of a lack on continuity is all.

In terms of technique and results, this salon is excellent - they definitely know what they are doing. However, when it comes to organisation etc I find them quite unprofessional and the atmosphere of the salon a bit unfriendly. Would maybe recommend as a one time thing for those getting their brows done for the first time.
