The wax used was far too hot and has left a really sore mark (burn?) in the place where it was applied... I am so disappointed with my experience....

A fantastic experience overall. Prior patch test was a little disorganised as no paperwork in place. Actual treatment was excellent, above expectations in terms of results, care and advice. It's been a genuine confidence booster!
