Kobkun didn't have my pregnancy massage booking even though I'd received a text confirmation and tried to tell me I'd arrived at the wrong branch (I hadn't). Then they told me the reason they couldn't treat me was because the qualified pregnancy masseuse had to take a day off unexpectedly. So why couldn't they have notified me by my 3:30pm appointment? At 8 months pregnant I had gone out of my way to make this massage. After complaining they agreed to treat me but don't think I received a bespoke pregnancy massage or therapist. It was too hard, not relaxing and didn't seem to adjust the treatment for pregnancy, except to make me lie on the floor on my side.
Had the reflexology, very nice and relaxing. Just a heads up, there are two massage rooms but for the reflexology you're on a big chair in the corridor - it didnt really bother me but there was some coming and going around.
The massage and reflexology treatments were great but as both were done in the hallway with lots of coming and goings it wasn't as relaxing as it ought to have been.
