First bad experience at Highgate Nails. The gentleman doing my nails was rude and aggressive. He ignored me when I asked for my nails to be shorter. He dug his own nails into my nail beds so hard that most of my fingers were bleeding, which he ignored. He also tried to use a dirty tool to rip off a piece of loose skin from a cut. I didn’t complain as I was so uncomfortable I just wanted to leave. I will never go back and would not recommend.
