Unfortunately the lady doing my nails asked someone else, a young man, to take over half way through my treatment and he was incredibly aggressive. Saying repeatedly that I was late and so could not expect to leave early. When I decided to leave without finishing my nails I was asked to pay £23 for a gel removal because it counted as a manicure! Worst of all this young man kept shouting that I couldn’t afford it, even when I asked him to lower his voice.The worst salon experience I have ever had
