Ann was fantastic at removing a botched lash extension job I had gotten done elsewhere. The glue that was used was like industrial strength and needed real attention. Ann was very light handed and gentle, I barely felt her. She was kind and patient and I would definitely recommend her.

Nails were fantastic, great colour and perfect manicure. Wax could have been more thorough as missed a few areas, and not all wax was removed afterwards which made the skin really sore.
