The massage itself was very pleasant, however the therapists were running very late on appointments and I was made to wait 40 mins- not ideal.
On a better day I'd of awarded it higher.

Good massage with the right pressure applied. Friendly staff, clean environment and pleasant atmosphere. Good location, not far from tube.

It is a salon at the basement of a almost like terrace house, you make your way down the stairs, come to a landing and go into your room, which is very basic with massage beds. While the treatment is happening, you can hear everything happening upstairs and people talking.
The massage (hot stone) was ok. Nothing special. Sometimes the stones were too hot and burnt on first touch. The massage wasn't as strong as I would like, even though I did ask, and the person had to keep leaving the room to get the hot stone, towels etc. Overall an ok massage.
