Therapeutic Massage
I went for an aromatherapy massage which was very good. Unfortunately, the music was spoilt by the noise of people walking up and down stairs and talking on the phone next to the treatment room. I had to ask the therapist put music on (which should have been on from the start) the therapist did tel people to be quiet but the noise continued. When I told the receptionist she apologised but made no attempt to rectify it or offer a concession for the less than ideal experience.
