Kept me waiting ages, were polite about this and apologised but then was passed between staff. Simple mistakes such as re-wetting my hair without discussing it with me and stylist admitted she “didn’t know why she just did that” it’s a shame mistakes were then made worse by poor attitude and customer service towards the end. Took over 2 hours to do something that should have taken half the time. Made me feel really uncomfortable and just an unenjoyable experience.
