Outstanding blow-dry by Tom & brilliant value in a salon which is really close to my home.However, the rigid salon rules around masks / sanitising, and their energy around enforcing those rules mean that I won't be back. Obviously its their salon, their rules, their choice, but its critical to make customers aware of those rules before they take their business through the door. I was subject to some fairly full on passive aggressive behaviour due to declining to sanitise my hands / wear a mask.
