I booked for a hard gel infill manicure, however when I arrived and the nail technician had already taken off my old manicure he took out two powders. I specifically asked him if it was gel because I didn’t want to do acrylic, and he said that one of them was gel... basically he lied to my face. Now that I am with my permanent nail technician - she confirmed that it is indeed acrylic.. As it turns out gel can only be in the form of gel and never as a powder.
So, very negligent disrespectful on the staff in the salon...
