This was my first time doing a waxing like that and I was a little apprehensive. Emilyn talked to me and made me feel welcome, so I had no time to be embarrassed or uncomfortable. We had a good chat while she was waxing; it didn't hurt too bad with the exception of some particularly sensitive areas. She had some extra time that day and offered to do my legs as well, which was much appreciated. There were some small missed patches, but overall a very good experience, would definitely recommend
