We had a nice stay at the Hilton but if you want a relaxing blissful experience I would not recommend. We stayed on the bank holiday and the hotel was extremely busy with families, the pool was very full but luckily there was a small lane for adult swimmers.
The spa staff were very friendly and the massage treatment was lovely and relaxing so this was a positive.
The room was clean, a little on the small size but perfectly adequate. The fruit bowl was not in the room upon arrival and when we queried a cereal bowl with a few pieces of fruit was bought to the room promptly.
The food was alright, the hotel put on a buffet for dinner due to volume of guests but you could also order from a smaller selection on the menu. It was good to have a contribution to the food as part of the package but I do not feel it was the best quality for the prices charged.
Breakfast was our favourite meal with a large selection of food available in the buffet. The restaurant staff were all very friendly and polite and provided a great service.
Overall we had a nice stay and taking into account the treatment, dinner and breakfast included in the price I think the deal is good value for money.
Although my treatment was great, my friends who went in after me didn't appear to have had the towels changed so lay on damp towels ( we had been in pool beforehand ).
Value for money.
Foods are all good.
My daughter and I enjoyed the Gym, swimming pool and Massage.
I really recommend to my friends to visit this place.
Very good value for money. The massage was very well done. Just remember if you are booking here, then it is a hotel gym and pool, so there are children around and not many spaces to lounge.
Message was good and staff very friendly. Only issue is that this is family hotel so if you looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing then this won't be for you. Food in restaurant was good
