The experience at treatwell in Hilton Bracknell was average experience.
The spa facilities were ok however the jucuzzi was not hot, it was the same temperature as the swimming pool. This was uncomfortable especially coming out of the steam/sauna room.
The facial treatment was good, however the hot stone fully body massage could have been better.
Me and my wife had the massage and it was discovered that her feet and hands were massaged but the lady who was doing me didn't massage my hands and feet. I initially thought this wasn't part of the full body however that wasn't the case after discussing with my wife.
Overall I would recommend the experience.
Very good place for a quiet weekend getaway. Hotel itself is good enough, dinner and breakfast which are included the in deal I booked exceeded my expectation and spa area looks nice and clean. One thing I noticed though is there were quite a lot of families and kids especially in the pool area(mainly because it was the half term period), so if you want nice and quiet time, it would be a bit difficult. The massage treatment we received were mediocre at best, but with the price, I couldn't complaint much. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there.
The weekend was very relaxing, good value for money but the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. The food was good value and well presented.
