Had a lovely weekend with my wonderful boyfriend. Brought it for him as a christmas present. Massage for great, very enjoyable, loved the therapist - very kind. Beds were comfy. Unfortunately everything else was not as good. no slippers or robe in bedroom. Four pieces of fruit in bedroom including one questionable orange. Mound inside the toilet roll holder. Room was very cold. Not sure how to turn up heating. However there was heater in the wardrobe which did help a little. Spa was nice. However pool and hot tub were cold and was very busy. Not much room to swim and relax. Unable to spend much time relaxing there. Tv in bedroom was working but difficult to use. Dinner was ok. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. However we were not told when we arrived that it was a buffet that night and that we were not able to get our two courses that were included in the deal. We were told me could have the buffet or 14 pounds off each meal - when all meals were over 15 pound. The food was ok. But was disappointed as had looked at the menu and planned our choices. Breakfast was lovely, good was great, was no offered tea and coffee as we sat down like other guests though. Overall had a lovely time, but things could have been down to make it extra special and highly recommendable.
Describe your visit to LivingWell Health Club & Revitalise Spa at Hilton Bracknell
This was our second visit to the Hilton Bracknell. Staff were attentive and always willing to make our spa break enjoyable. Massage was excellent and the food was great too. We were upgraded to a deluxe twin room were there was a bottle of wine on arrival.
