me and my friend had an amazing time. the hotel,food, treatment everything was good.we will definitely be going back soon.
We thought it was Great value. Very relaxing. We Loved the afternoon tea. All staff were really helpful and couldn't do enough for you.
Had a brilliant stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were upgraded and couldn't fault the rooms. The only thing I would say is that the jacuzzi would have been better if water was warmer.
They double booked our massages so we were kept waiting
The therapists didn't ask if the pressure was ok for the back massages, and some of my friends thought it was too rough
We recieved an email the day before saying the rooms hadn't been booked, even though wed confirmed it several times
Great venue, the staff were so friendly and flexible. I can also suggest getting some retail therapy in at Reading!
