Aspects of this experience were really fantastic, others hugely disappointing. It was as if 90% the staff at the hotel were trying to create a wonderful experience! and the other 10% were out to sabotage it by having their own agenda which wasn't about the customer at all. Fantastic parts- the massage treatments, beauty therapists and the restaurant staff.... And the effort the reception staff made to make up for a really really difficult first hour of our stay where we didn't know whether we were coming or going!
The massages we received were probably up there with the best myself and my girlfriend have had at a Spa!

Hilton staff excellent, very helpful and pleasant. Superb meal and lovely room and facilities. Only one suggestion us we had a short break from two young children and would suggest a part of the dining room is for adults only. Other than that perfect thank you.
Wonderful weekend break, I will be returning soon. All in all service and accommodation was on point! Breakfast and dinner was definitely above average :-)
Great value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful and the treatments we had were relaxing. Will be going back!
