Great value two day spa break . Staff are all wonderful can't do enough for you . The Reception staff are superb made us feel really welcome Would go again

Really nice break with good facilities. Room was upgraded which made a huge difference to the standard room I booked. Staff were really helpful, polite and professional. Massage and Spa room were brilliant with a great ambiance. I would point out the steam room and sauna are small and at the side of the pool. The bubble pool is at the end of the pool and small but all clean and tidy. The pool was not busy. The web photos don't give you quite the right impression of the space. Overall a great break with lovely evening meal and a good breakfast.

Hotel staff couldnt be more helpful. Were treated like special guests, and they even upgraded our meal to 3 courses, as it was a buffet. Room was a superior one (as they had a coach load of people and HAD to upgrade us - fine by me!). Whole hotel was clean, quiet and just what we were looking for. Only slight letdown was the massage. The girl was very nice, but the massage left me bruised for a couple of days, and she focused on the side she was standing, so was uneven. Have had much better massages in the past. Didnt get time to look at the spa though, so I cant comment on the rest of it.

Pool is small and not big enough for whole hotel users. Changing rooms dirty. Breakfast not very fresh. Staff friendly but unprofessional. Room clean but bathroom poor. Shower was warm not hot. Tea, coffee on arrival was nice but not the stale fruit not sparkling water, who drinks that. Dinner was nice but small and not as tasty as I have had it before from Hilton. Overall not bad, but bare in mind this is a hotel, with a swimming pool, steamer and gym which they class as a spa break. Its more a hotel with many extras. I would book again but only on a deal basis.

Amazing value. Dinner, breakfast, wine, massage and an overnight stay at the Hilton. Might book another one next month! :-)
