Very good stay, massage was excellent and we were treated very well by the staff. Only thing that would improve the spa experience would be if the bubble pool was warmer.
Very nice staff, great value for money but the spa facilities let this location down. The jacuzzi is cold, and the pool rather small so during fairly busy times you cannot swim. Food is fantastics, staff are very friendly and welcoming. Nice location next to Sainsburys in case you forget anything.

The pamper package was fantastic value for money. The hotel and spa/gym were very modern and clean. All of the staff we met couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Definitely one of the best back massages I've had! We're hoping to make it a regular get together here.
This was great value for money. Even though some staff shortages the therapists moved things around to ensure our treatments were completed. The hotel is very nice. We had dinner and breakfast included and there was a great choice from a buffet. We had a free bottle of wine and fruit in our room too. We would definitely book again. A great birthday treat.
