Great welcome as soon as we walked in. Fantastic facilities. As we arrived late evening, we were lucky to have the pool/sauna/steam room and gym to ourselves. The room was clean and comfortable and the bottle of wine and fruit was a lovely gesture. Only thing missing was our robes and slippers, but once we called reception to request for them, they had someone bring it up for us. Dinner and breakfast buffet were filling. Overall the package was worth it!

I have a lovely time, the price was right,the food was delicious and plentifull, If an other offer will come up I will go again and take some friends with me as I really enjoyed myseld and so my friend.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Bracknell with a friend for one night. We both wanted to relax and unwind and after finding the Pamper Package deal through lastminute.com we booked right away. The hotel facilities are brilliant, we had full use of the gym, spa, sauna and swimming pool. The room was lovely and big with a bottle of wine, fruit and sweets waiting for us upon arrival. Even though our evening meal and breakfast was from a buffet it was to very high standard. As well as the treatment which was included in our offer (facial) we booked to have two more treatments, we thought we should take advantage while we were there! The spa was extremely well priced and the two therapists were brilliant, we came out after an hour and a half of treatments and we were completely relaxed. The only negative thing I can say if that there were lots of children in the pool so we couldn't really swim when we wanted to but everything was brilliant and we would definately visit again.

Fantastic deal. When we arrived we were greeted by polite, professional staff on reception who gave us our room card and informed us of the times for dinner and even reserved a table for us. Our room was clean and tidy and we had complimentary bottle of wine, plate of fruit, jar of jelly beans and various fruit teas and coffee's. Swimming pool was lovely and quiet when we went down at 3.30pm and we had our massage booked for 5.30pm which was probably one of the best massages I have had. The food was amazing for dinner and breakfast and the staff are polite and helpful. We had a fantastic time and would definitely do it again. Hoping to return again in May 2014 after our wedding day.
