All the staff at the spa were really friendly and at the same time professional. The massage was so relaxing and I will definitely go back.
All the staff at the health and beauty rooms in the Hilton were amazing. The masseuse was lovely and skilled. All very friendly. Facilities were good and very clean. Even caught the water aerobics class, which was great. Highly recommend, I'll hopefully be booking again soon.
Everything apart from the inadequate number of electrical sockets in the room.
All the staff from the spa, the restaurant and the front of house were absolutely brilliant. Can’t fault them.
Angela gave us the best massages hubby and I have ever had! Dawn and the girls were lovely in the restaurant and Jack Daniel (the bar man, no joke) was great too and made lovely coffee. We go to Bracknell Hilton at least once per year as it's our favourite local spa break venue.
I suggested they upgrade their smoking area to include some seating - it's basically like a small bus stop shelter but without a bench currently.
