Great value for money and really enjoyed by friend and myself. It was a shame that the Hilton staff lacked customer service skills, lack of interest in the job and didn't seem fully trained. The Treatwell staff I spoke to were excellent and I could not fault them
My treatment was cancelled so it was a wasted trip. I did get a refund for the treatments, but was a waste of time and money as we travelled 2 hours to the hotel
