the girls in the spa miss took my booking for our treatments and then had no availability to fit us in on the Sunday as planned. after requesting that the lady that done the treatments came back to the hotel I managed to get one treatment don't the following morning. but this is not good enough at all. we paid for two treatments, one each and only managed one due to someone at the hotel/spa filling in the wrong box. this was supposed to be a treat for my wife's birthday but this put a real downer on the stay.

.It was a weekend spa getaway and the price included 1 night stay at the hotel, breakfast buffet, afternoon tea and dinner to the value of £25 as well as use of the spa facilities and 25 minute massage each. It was a really good package and definitely worth the price.

Staff were very welcoming and having an onsite spa was an added luxury that we will look for in the future
