Pros : food OK apart from the slow service , treatment staff very good. Cons: bed creaked every time you moved, no toilet brush, staff rude , I could go on but this is the third review I have wrote to no avail!
It was a lovely chilled and a relaxing stay, the food was lovely dinner and breakfast . Would defo go back 2 the hotel and recommend it 2 friends
The hotel is amazing! nicely furnished, the view from our hotel room was also quite nice. staff were extremely friendly and even joked around with us.
i enjoyed my back,neck and shoulder massage but would have been a lot better if the lady wasn't talking so much! i was trying to relax and maybe even take a nap but she kept asking questions! i understand she was trying to be friendly so I wouldn't say it was too much of an issue.
Overall, I had a great experience and it was good value for money, i only wish i'd taken full advantage of the pool and sauna facilities.
its ok, not as great as you would think, loads of old people and the massage was like a caress rather than a massage. I would say it was great value had everything not been under work..... had treatments in a hotel room! kids in the pool and gym dispersed in hotel rooms!
fantastic value for money, lovely spa, nice big rooms, friendly staff, great food - will be back again in the not too distant future :)
