We had a wonderful time in the wellness area and will definitely be back again soon. Such a relaxing and enjoyable way to spend a couple of hours with friends.

The wellness facility is a well designed and compact area comprising a small dry sauna, small steam room, experience shower, tiny changing room, therapy bed and 2 loungers. We made the space work by rotating use of things but felt it could do with a chair, step to get on to therapy bed, greater range of herbal tea, the possibility of extending for another 30 mins and an idiots guide for the therapy bed .The toilets were in another area but doable. Great idea but could do with reviewing.

A wider selection of herbals teas would have been great (it was just green tea and another herbal tea). Also water was needed, but there wasn't any.
Disappointed we also had to pay for the parking, we should have had complimentary parking as we were using and had already paid for the wellness area.
Also, the session should be 2hrs rather than just 9 minutes.
I think for 2 people the room is a good size, anymore than that and I can see it getting crowded.

Excellent 90 minutes, the sauna was slightly cold, the steam room perfect and the zerobody relaxation bed was AMAZING (best part of the experience). I will be recommending this facility but please do not use stock photos as images do not match the facility. Hope to be back soon!

This is a lovely private space but ideally can only accommodate 4 people.
The zero float is a great experience & the steam & sauna are an adequate temperature.
Water & tea are provided.
90 minutes is not enough to relax with friends & then to get ready to leave. Ideally it should be 15-20 mins added to get ready.
The changing area is too small & there's a hairdryer but no mirror. You have to finish off your dressing in the toilets located out of the area but down the corridor.
