Lovely place and great service. However, not enough pool seating/lounges available. Massages were great and pleasant staff
Great experience on the whole but the only complaint was that there were people talking loudly in the relaxation room and kids in the jacuzzi.
Thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay. Spa facilities were perfect. Only gripe would be that one member of staff was abit pretentious and made us feel unwelcome. Other than that, lovely room with terrace, excellent dinner and breakfast and amazing spa experience! Would highly recommend and absolutely stay again.
Great value for money, good food and comfy clean rooms. Only downside was the the lack of seating around the pool, which was also very busy.
Overall the deal I had for myself and my partner was excellent value for money. The food at the Puckrup was first class, the room was very nice and the hotel in general was also veery good.
The spa was not bad and my treatment was very good.The only negative was there were young children splashing in the pool and also in and out of the jacuzzi. I didn't think children were allowed in the jacuzzi ! The pool staff didn,t say anything so they carried on. It's only a small point but detracted from the relaxing spa day excperience. Overall I would book again but aim for a school day when the little ones are not there.
