Beware when booking via Treatwell - I showed the receptionist what I had booked but was instead given a paraffin wax manicure and pedicure (which were actually painfully hot), and had to pay an extra £10 afterwards, in addition to the fee I’d paid through Treatwell.
The facial was effective but the extractions were pretty painful.
On the upside, the staff were kind and attentive. The salon is very friendly.

The team knows what customer satisfaction means! If you are not relaxed after their their shampoo scalp massage, shoulder massage in the chair and your tailored made hot drink with fruits and Lotus biscuits nothing will! Not to mentioned that the haircut is always perfect for months!
