I paid for 2 treatments of fat freezing but was told on arrival my lower stomach constituted 2 areas! This isn't correct, all salons treat lower stomach as 1 area, upper stomach 1 area etc
One of the cups was broken on the machine so I had to have 1 side done then 30 minutes later the other side. It was ridiculous. I wouldn't go back there for any other treatments as this experience has shown me their approach to customer satisfaction. A salon should have fully operational equipment too.
Unfortunately the therapist I was booked to see was delayed but instead the manager was very kind and thoughtful
Harpreet adjusted her schedule to do my treatment and she was very nice and advised me about petter services which I should consider
She took her time and ensured I was comfortable at all times
