Absolutely brilliant treatment. Very happy with the staff and the aesthestic of the rooms. Super friendly and it had such a calm atmosphere. Already booked in my second appointment

Amazing find, I been coming here since October last year and I truly am so happy I found it. Super clean and nice salon, great location, plenty of car park. Iv nearly tried and tested every aesthetic salon in bham in the last 10 years, and by far this is the best. The results are amazing each time, price is amazing, and Harpreet is great, she always honest about the treatments and very knowledgeable, never tries to push me into buying services . By far the laser hair removal is the best I have had, and iv had it before from some extremely expensive clinics and the results are no where as good. I tried the fat freeze and i was nervous if Im wasting my money, is it just a treading treatment but honestly everyone around me as well as myself, see the difference, Im so happy. Honestly recommend, try it for yourself !

I booked the 2 areas 45 min treatment. So I expected to get 45 minutes on both 2 areas done at the same time.
When I was there I was told I’d get 30mins on the machine and the other 15 mins was for consultation. As I was there laying to the bed I went along with it. The lady could not get both cups working again I accepted this as these things happen. The machine was sent to 30mins one cup and the process starts. 10mins later she comes back reduces the time to 20mins and leaves the room without saying anything. When she returned to move the cup to put on the next area I asked her why she as it’s not yet 30mins. She then explained that she was told to do 20 mins per area by her boss. I asked her why she had told me differently at the beginning or even inform me when this decision was made. Her response was she will call her boss and she’ll explain everything. You can imagine how upset I was at this point and further more I was still hooked up to this machine. To cut a long story short I was told the boss would call back when she got out of her meeting. 3 days later I have not heard anything. Secondly in my research on cryolipolysis the treated should be massaged straight after the treatment, this was at no point provided. Clearly the lady who performed my treatment has not been with HK long as she could not answer a lot of my questions.
I feel I was robbed of my money
as 45min treatment turned out to 20 mins.
The only positive thing I can say is that the place is very clean.
