I arrived and the lady at reception was the beautician. She did not wash her hands before beginning my treatment despite touching the phone, till etc. I confirmed three times face thread only, but when I closed my eyes to begin she put hot wax on both my cheeks. I said no more wax but she continued to wax anyway.
She did thread around my mouth but has missed hairs. My skin is sensitive and still stings hours later from the wax. She also charged me double what I was meant to pay

I used to cut my own hair simply because I didn't trust most hairdressers, but I've been coming here for the last 6 months and haven't thought about cutting my own hair since!
I've been getting my haircuts with Nick exclusively, and I specifically request scissor only cuts. Nick sections my hair neatly before cutting to the exact level I ask for, and with precision & care each time.
Could not recommend this salon enough! Especially f you're looking for male scissor cuts; Nick is your guy.
