Second time at HK now, it's so nice to know your haircut is paid online before you even arrive so there's no fuss. I didn't have Nick the first time, but he was lovely, attentive and stopped to ask questions and make suggestions, all for a simple haircut so it was pretty lush to be fair!

Eyebrows were not measured and the end result was too thin. The threading was very painful, probably because it was done so slowly
