The haircut was average, very quick introduction, didn’t really ask me what I wanted, just got straight into it. Can clearly see they were busy, Nadia was friendly but pre-occupied by other things not really paying attention to me. Atmosphere was fine, staff never smiled but looked stressed. There was a lady there who was not happy with how her hair colour turned out which mean the atmosphere awkward. Apart from that, overall everything was ok.
