So the lady who was at the reception and who washed my hair was really lovely. Delivered great customer service I didn’t get to catch her name but she had beautiful long ginger hair. However the salon advertise a smart bond with wash and blowdry but tried to charge me £110. Then the person who blowdry my hair said I had Afro hair when o don’t and I found that very rude. Overall need to see what they’re advertising.
