Jake as ever, great at assessing what is feasible or not and deals thoughtfully with each visit . . even though I'm probably hugely annoying (!!) he never shows it ;-) and always does a stellar job. Love him !

Had a haircut with Hakan and am feeling so confident and beautiful now! His ways were a bit unconventional which I wasn’t used to, but I absolutely love my haircut, he really listened to me, and it was so worth the money!
