I was recommended Hale Medispa through a friend who has had 1 session of laser hair removal and you can already see results. I booked my patch test and immediately felt welcomed and comfortable in the environment. It was incredibly clean, relaxing and easy to find. Katie was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough and explained everything I needed to know. I’ve got my first treatment on Friday and I can’t wait!

I have wanted this procedure for a very long time however I’ve always been quite nervous and embarrassed. I finally went ahead after speaking to Katie who reassured me and made everything so simple and easy. She was very knowledgeable and put me at ease immediately. The treatment room is clean, professional with a relaxed atmosphere. The equipment is the best on the market. I would highly recommend Medispa without hesitation.
