Lash tech great at her job but the reception is a little frosty to say the least.
Terms like calling and asking for full payment before the treatment (the day before when you booked it weeks ago because “the appointment is in high demand”) or saying the appointment you booked 6 weeks ago isn’t available because they have changed their availability/opening hours two days before the appointment is pretty shoddy. If you want to take a deposit then make it compulsory at booking...
